Your personal data is processed in order to provide the highest quality content presented on www.ccc.eu and for marketing purposes, i.e. to present you, also in a manner tailored to your interests, general advertising, offers or discounts regarding our products or services or of entities from CCC Capital Group, designated for all our clients (in a simplified way we analyse your activity, due to which we can better adapt to specific, general groups of our clients, e.g. different banners can be addressed to men and to women, whereby in this case, we do not limit access to interesting offers to various groups of clients and we do not significantly influence their decisions).

There are several basics for processing personal dataobtained in such a way. On the one hand, the basis for their processing is your consent to the use of technology that mainly uses cookies and our legitimate interest, which is the need to provide the highest quality content presented on www.ccc.eu and marketing activities (and the legitimate interest of our partners as a third party, that is their marketing, in which case they do not have access to your data).

On the other hand, to the extent that our partners may have direct access to this information - your free consent is the legal basis for such processing.

Your data is processed for purposes related to the possibility of pursuing claims and defence against claims (yours or third parties). The legal basis for the processing of such data is in this case the legitimate interest of the controller.

Your data may be transferred to entities from the CCC Group and to other entities that help us to run the website and the application, including marketing campaigns (e.g. support us in sending e-mails), provide support and operation of our tools and IT systems (e.g. they service our software, store data), and our legal and advisory services providers.
